So, coming towards the 2023 BMW S1000RR design factors, the all new BMW S1000RR doesn’t seem to be much of an upgrade from the previous generation 2020 S1000RR in terms of design language. The silhouette still seems to be quite similar to the shark-shaped 2020 model, however, is slightly redesigned with the addition of two functional sets of winglets as we get to see on the flagship M1000RR which can generate a downforce of up to 16.8 lbs at 200kmph, while significantly increasing to 37.7 lbs at 300kmph. The body design now looks much sharper, and more progressive with those twin LED-Projector headlights, minimalistic tail, and sophisticatedly added winglets borrowed from the finely tuned road-legal BMW M1000RR.

The new gen 2023 BMW S1000RR runs on a much lighter M chassis Kit as standard along with improved body aerodynamics and a sleekly redesigned tail. The rear tail section has been smartly revamped to a great extent with a shorter number plate holder as well as a narrow tail end which is an improvement from the RR’s existing aluminum bridge frame. Also, the cut-outs within the cast aluminum flex-frame dynamically increase the overall flexibility of the new gen BMW S1000RR with better drag and acceleration whether you take it into the corners or on highways. The chassis geometry is tweaked with a longer rake, trail, and wheelbase, less fork offset, and more ride height. The new M1000RR-derived symmetrical design looks highly advanced and beautiful on the new BMW S1000RR at a single glance.

Apart from that, the windshield has also been reshaped slightly taller to further improve the flow around the rider’s helmet with enhanced aerodynamic improvements achieved by partitioning off the lower triple clamp. The bodywork has been offered with a choice of three color options – Black Storm metallic, Passion Red non-metallic, and BMW’s trademark White racing livery, also referred to as BMW’s “M-Sport Package”. However, the 2023 BMW S1000RR price in India for the Pro and M-Sport version comes at a premium difference of 4 to 5 lakhs, on-road above the standard 2023 BMW S1000RR Price. You’ll again get to see the BMW M Sport Package with additional M carbon fibre bits that include, M-Sport carbon wheels, M-Sport riding seat, and M-Sport Brake Calipers powered by Nissin.
